Currently enrolled families may sign up in the spring for Early and After Care for the coming year.
- Early Care starts as early as 7:30 am and ends when staff bring children to class
- After Care starts after school and ends no later than 5:30 pm
After Care, Early Care and camps have guidelines and routines that are familiar from the classrooms. Children are choosing projects independently, coupled with ample outside time, and enjoy their own pace in the company of others. Families can inquire about availability within the school year if a family’s scheduling needs change. If we have roster availability, we aim to accommodate a family’s shifting needs. In addition to Monday-Friday Early Care and/or After Care, “select day scheduling” is also possible (for example, M-W, M-W-F, etc..). To provide consistency for the child and teaching team, we recommend clustering select days together if at all possible.
Drop-in Early Care and/or After Care are available as staffing allows. Families interested in drop-in care should reach out with at least 24 hours notice to inquire about availability.
A school-provided snack is served during After Care and full-day camps. Families are welcome to send Early Care children in with their breakfast. After Care children participating in enrichment programs are escorted by support staff.
