This morning Sara, our real estate broker, took time out of her Sunday and came over to my house to finalize the lease. I meticulously read the lease (for the 45th time), iniatialed each page, and signed on the dotted line. I now have a key for Holy Trinity, the future home of Puddletown.
Next stop, the city of Portland’s approval for the E occupancy and permits to begin work (coming soon…).
Thank you to our attorney Peter, our insurance agent John, our broker Sara, Charlie and LaVonne from Holy Trinity, and Paul Niedergang who each spent many more hours than seem possible going over the lease and making sure we were ready to sign.
