Emilia (they, them) Assistant to the Head of School
Emilia grew up in the Twin Cities, before traveling out west to Vancouver, BC to attend the University of British Columbia. They studied cognitive systems and computer science, and really found their groove in a teaching assistant position, ultimately deciding to switch paths towards education. Since then, they’ve worked at a natural history museum teaching earth and planetary sciences to incoming field trips, and led an aftercare program at a French immersion elementary. Outside of school, Emilia enjoys thrifting, playing board and card games, writing when the mood strikes, and spending time with friends.
