We cut out paper hands. Many of us made bracelets and necklaces. We played outside. Some of us made Metal Inset books. Several of us worked with the 100 Board. We painted and practiced Sandpaper Letters. Some of us worked with the Constructive Triangles. We built with the Brown Stair and Pink Tower. Some of us did Puzzle Maps and one of us washed the door.

Sunflower

Today we welcomed our last new student of the year to the Sunflower classroom… Welcome Blaine, we are so glad you’re here! The children merrily moved about the classroom today, painting pictures, making calendar pages for the month of January and folding laundry. Beginning this week we will now be sharing our playground time with the Lavender classroom.
Here are a few things the children shared about their day today:
I did pillow sewing. I sewed a button. I made words with the Moveable Alphabet. I drew a snowman. I did coloring. I did flag making.
